Mountain Honey Co. harvests raw, unfiltered honey by hand in the high valleys at ~1,600 m. Three single-origin varieties, jarred without pasteurising, shipped direct or picked up at the apiary.
Why high-valley honey is different
At altitude, the forest and wildflower bloom give the honey an aroma and body you don't find in industrial honey. We harvest it ourselves and jar it without pasteurising or thinning it with syrups.
It's genuinely raw — which is why it crystallises over time, a natural sign of purity.
Our three varieties
- Wildflower: the everyday jar — floral and balanced.
- Forest honeydew: darker, richer, less sweet.
- Spring blossom: light, delicate and seasonal.
